Our experience with Down East Granite was exceptional from beginning to end. They have a wide variety of all options to choose from in their warehouse. Our salesperson, Justin Reeder, was very helpful and patient with us as we chose our granite countertop and sinks. He then explained the steps and timing necessary to get the finished product. Next Casey, our scheduler worked with us so unnecessary vacation days did not have to be taken. Then Nick arrived (right on time) to make the template and answered an array of questions to alleviate our worries. Next came A.J. from CAD who sent us the template and let us make our necessary changes. A week later when Carl and Lucas arrived for the installation, they made it look quick and easy!! All involved were extremely courteous, competent and a pleasure to work with. We are extremely happy with the end result. Beautiful!! From start to finish it only took a month.
